Ağustos ayı içerisinde TOBB Meybem Mesleki Yeterlilik uzmanları tarafından pratik ve teorik olarak gerçekleştirilen sınavlardan başarılı olan gayrimenkul alım satımı yapan 47 işletme yetkilisi belgesini teslim aldı.
Beş yıl süreyle geçerli olan ve aktif kullanıldığı taktirde beş yıl daha uzatılacak olan MYK belgesi 2020 yılından itibaren Tapu işlemlerinde zorunlu olarak istenecektir.
